Delivery Information

We currently deliver nationwide within South Africa.

  • Shipping is free on all orders over R1000
  • Orders under R1000 incur a flat shipping fee of R50
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes
  • A physical delivery address within South Africa is required

For international orders, please contact us directly before placing your order.

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery after dispatch typically takes 2–3 working days.

Production & Processing

Made To Order

Every Ryã Atelier piece is handcrafted to order.

Because each item is individually made, we require approximately 7–10 working days for production and processing before shipping.

Production will only begin once full payment has been received and confirmed.

We believe in creating slowly and intentionally, allowing each piece to be made with the care.
