We hope you love your Ryã Atelier piece. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

• A replacement item
• A gift voucher
• A full refund

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item
• Customers are also responsible for the shipping cost of any replacement item
• Returned items must be sent back in their original condition

As every piece is handcrafted and made to order, slight variations in texture, stone colour, and finish are considered part of the unique character of the jewellery and are not regarded as defects.
