Returns Policy

We hope you love your Ryã piece. However, if it is not quite right, you may return it within 14 working days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@ryaatelier.co.za within 14 working days of receiving your order. We will arrange the courier collection and cover the return courier cost.

To qualify for a return, your jewellery must be:

Unworn and unused
In its original condition
Returned in its original Ryã Atelier packaging
Please note that every Ryã Atelier piece is handcrafted and made to order. Natural gemstones are individually selected, and subtle variations in colour, shape, texture and finish are an inherent part of our jewellery. Your finished piece may therefore vary slightly from the product photographs. These natural and handcrafted differences are not considered defects; they are part of what makes each Ryã piece individual.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process a refund for the returned item to your original payment method. Please allow several working days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration or improper care may not qualify for a refund.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make it right.
